Area high school boys basketball higlights for Jan. 4

Urbana 89, Greenon 68: Tristan Singer scored 50 for Urbana (7-1), a career high. He shot 20-of-26 from the floor and 9-of-10 from the free throw line. He averaged 17 points per game entering Friday.

Tecumseh 41, Bellefontaine 38: Tecumseh comes back after Bellefontaine's 11-2 run in the first quarter.

Dalton Davis led Tecumseh (10-1) with 14, including four 3-pointers.

Northwestern 62, Ben Logan 52: Northwestern wins its first game of the year.

Cody Lough and Jordan Hall each score 19. Blaine Ricketts leads Ben Logan with 17.

Kenton Ridge 44, Stebbins 42: Kenton Ridge shot 6-of-7 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter.

Jordan Goodfellow lead Kenton Ridge (4-4) with 15. Divine Thomas leads Stebbins (3-7) with 14.

Southeastern 53, Cedarville 25: Duncan Mercer led Southeastern with 16. P.J. Banion scored 11.

Mechanicsburg 52, Catholic Central 46: Brandon Welch led Mechanicsburg with 15. Nick Callicoat scored 11 and made three 3-pointers.
