The race to the bottom will require pure incompetency this season, it appears.

Despite their struggles, the Browns lost pole position in the draft this weekend. The win-less Giants’ strength of schedule slots them No. 1 overall. The win-less 49ers comes in third.

After picking first a year ago, the Browns weren’t supposed to be in this position again. Yes it’s early, but the team has shown no signs of a revival.

But neither have the Giants or 49ers, which could make it a tight race.

Cleveland has five picks in the first two rounds. More on their draft currency and standing can be found on here.
