Are the Cincinnati Reds trying to trade Brandon Phillips?

Multiple media outlets are reporting tonight that the Cincinnati Reds intend to shop Brandon Phillips this offseason. Indications are Phillips is upset with Reds CEO Bob Castellini.

This from USA Today's Bob Nightengale:

The Reds second baseman hit .261/.310/.396 (92 OPS+) with 24 doubles, 18 homers and 103 RBI and made his 3rd All Star team in 2013.

CBSSports.com states the team will find it hard to find a trade partner due to Phillips' large contract which has 4 years and over $50 million dollars left on it.
