At one point, the officer interrupts an angry Jones by saying, “You want to have a conversation? Have a conversation. Quit yelling like a little kid.”
The officer says in the video the incident began at a casino and continued at the hotel where Jones was arrested.

An apparent acquaintance of Jones’ tries to talk the officer out of arresting him.
Jones, who had a felony charge from that evening dropped, is due back in court May 16.
