The Army Corps of Engineers, which awarded the contract, said construction was to conclude in September 2019.

Wright-Patterson construction officials plan to relocate Gate 16A, a commercial truck gate, as part of a $12.6 million project to consolidate the two gates into one location.
“Investments like this one help our servicemen and women at Wright-Patterson while directly benefiting local workers and companies,” U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, said in a released statement that announced the project contract.
