When police arrived, a group of people were outside a blue Chrysler looking inside. They told police a woman was passed out, and they had put the car in park and removed the keys.
Emergency personnel used several doses of Narcan to wake the woman up.
She then admitted to having purchased pills and taken them, according to a Dayton police incident report.
She was taken to Miami Valley Hospital and no charges have been filed.

A dog was found inside the back seat of the car and was taken to the Animal Resource Center.
