WATCH: Mom pulls gun on barber when son’s haircut takes too long

The mother of a 7-year-old boy thought his haircut was taking too long, so she pulled a gun out of her purse to threaten the barber, according to police.

Police are still looking for the woman after an April 14 incident at the Allstate Barber College in Cleveland.

Surveillance video shows the woman pacing in front of the chair where her son is sitting, then walking away briefly. She returns to the chair and reaches into her purse, pulling out a handgun to show to the employees and customers.

"I've got two clips, I'll pop you," she told the barber, according to police reports.

Instructor Marilyn Medina had come to intervene when she noticed the woman complaining about the time it was taking to cut her son’s hair.

“I thought ‘this is it, she’s going to shoot’,”  Medina told CNN. “When she took out her gun, she said ‘I’m allowed to carry a concealed weapon, I have a license to carry.’”

Medina said another student told the woman there was no reason for her to bring it out, however.

Customers can be seen on the surveillance video trying to calm the woman down.

She eventually takes her two children and hurries out of the business.
