Shawnee’s Seibert 6th at state swim

Shawnee senior Grace Seibert capped her high school career with a sixth-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke on Friday night in the Division II state swim championships.

Seibert, a runner-up in the event last year, clocked a time of 1 minute, 5.69 seconds at C.T. Branin Natatorium in Canton.

Catholic Central freshman Bridget Engel finished one spot behind in seventh (1:06.04).
