Temps will be in low 40s for Reds opening game

Fans of the Cincinnati Reds planning to attend Opening Day on Monday will need to dress for the cold.

The Reds will play the Los Angeles Angels at Great American Ball Park.

High temperatures will be in the low-40s at best,” Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek said Friday.

“After a few morning rain or snow showers, Cincinnati should dry out by game time,” said Meteorologist Jamie Simpson. “It will not be warm … mostly cloudy skies.”

The game begins at 4:10 p.m. with Johnny Cueto pitching for the Reds.
