Motorcyclist’s condition fair after Buck Creek wreck

Rescue workers used a crowbar to release a man’s trapped leg from his motorcycle Tuesday night.

Motorcyclist Timothy Board was injured around 6:50 p.m. on Croft Road near Overlook Drive when an oncoming vehicle failed to yield during a turn, according to Ohio Highway Patrol Trooper David Slanker.

Board was transported from the scene via CareFlight after the man was freed from the wreckage. His condition was listed as fair at Miami Valley Hospital on Wednesday morning.

Clark County Sheriff’s deputies, Moorefield Twp. police and rescue assisted OHP at the scene.

The at-fault driver was cited for failure to yield, according to Slanker.
