Grand jury indicts three on sexual contact with minors charges

Two Clark County men have been indicted on unrelated charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and another Springfield man has been charged with rape.

Zachary Shane Foulke, 28, is accused of having sexual encounters with a 13-year-old girl. He’s been indicted on three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Police said Foulke admitted to having sex with the juvenile victim, as well as sexual contact with her in his bedroom, according to court records.

Dustin Lee Camp, 22, is accused of having sexual encounters with a toddler and sending child pornography. He’s been indicted on charges of rape, pandering obscenity involving a minor, three counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and gross sexual imposition.

Police were tipped off by Google after the company reported Camp sending the images, according to court records.

Dean Anthony McCloud, 20, of Tipp City, is accused of having sexual contact with a juvenile. He’s been indicted on three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and three counts of sexual battery.

He told a detective with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office he knew the juvenile’s age, according to court records.
