Clark County grand jury issues assault, other indictments

Clark County Prosecutor Andy Wilson reports that the grand jury met this week and the following indictments were returned.

Lavelle Renaldo Roe, 30, 427 N. Yellow Springs St.: breaking and entering.

John James Rommel, 35: assault, obstructing official business.

Tylee Thompson, 18, 626 W. Pleasant St.: receiving stolen property.

Police: Clark County woman stole dad’s guns to pay for drugs

Aaron M. McElroy, 25: two counts of burglary.

Heather A. Lewis, 26, 1654 Winding Trail: two counts of assault.

Tyron Markus Jermaine Moore, 32, 35 W. Southern Ave.: improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, two counts of having weapons under disability.

Jimmie Lewis Brown, 60, 438 Scott St.: felonious assault, receiving stolen property.

Jason Brewer, 31, 22 E. Mulberry St.: forgery.

Paul Powell, 28, 1452 W. Clark St.: receiving stolen property.

John Wesley Watkins, 25, 519 Mead Lane: receiving stolen property.
