Speedway's new footprint

In May 2014, Speedway reached an agreement to acquire Hess Retail Holdings, becoming the largest owned-and-operated convenience store chain in the U.S. by revenue and the second-largest by number of stores. Speedway also significantly boosted its reach into new areas.
