Mainly clear skies are expected overnight, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Brett Collar said. Temperatures will drop into the lower 50s.

Mother’s Day: More sunshine is expected Sunday. Just like today, we'll see a few daytime clouds develop. Some models hint at a stray shower or two passing by in the afternoon or early evening, but most will stay dry. Highs will be in the middle to upper 70s.

Monday: Mostly sunny skies are on tap to start the workweek. Highs will be in the upper 70s.

Tuesday: Temperatures get into the middle 80s under partly to mostly sunny skies.

Thursday: The chance for rain returns later in the day. Highs will be in the lower to middle 80s.
