Federal and state agents raided a Springfield cardiac clinic in 2015. Federal and state agents raided the Ohio Institute of Cardiac Care's Springfield office in 2015, which state medical license records indicate is operated by Dr. Salim Dahdah. He and his wife, Cindy were indicted on federal fraud charges.
