On Monday in Pittsburgh, during a game the Reds lost 5-1 to the Pirates, Votto saw a fan in the stands near the Reds dugout with a shirt reading, “Votto for President.”

According to the Reds, Votto liked it so much, he traded the fan a jersey for the T-shirt and signed the jersey, “More like prime minister.” Votto, of course, is from Toronto, Ont.
