Emma Broermann sent the game into overtime with a basket in the closing seconds and Shelby Nusbaum drilled a three-point shot in the second overtime to help lead Badin in a 65-62 win versus McNicholas in girls basketball action on Saturday.
Broermann scored 22 points and Nusbaum added 18 for Badin, which improved to 7-1 overall.
Emily Byrne and Alyssa Herper had 14 points apiece for McNicholas.
Anna 70, New Bremen 40: Griffin Doseck accounted for 19 points with 10 rebounds to lead Anna.
Beavercreek 74, Tecumseh 41: Brayden Walther scored 17 points, Isaiah Moore 13 and Adam Duvall 11 to lead ‘Creek. Donovan Collins had 19 points for Tecumseh.
Chaminade Julienne 60, Belmont 48: Milton Gage carried CJ with 26 points and Dan Nauseef tacked on 10. Kendall Moore had 21 points for Belmont.
Coldwater 72, Greenville 30: Marcus Bruns chipped in 17 points, Grant Meyer 15 and Cole Frilling 10 for Coldwater.
Dayton Christian 48, Dixie 27: Devin Dreier scored a career-high 17 points to help Dayton Christian pick up its first victory.
Fort Loramie 45, Versailles 38: Eli Rosengarten finished with 17 points for Fort Loramie. Michael Stammen and Evan Heistand had 13 points for Versailles.
Legacy Christian 57, Minster 52: Roman Newsome netted 20 points and Keano Hammerstrom had 14 to help Legacy win in rally fashion. Jarod Schulze paced Minster with 16 points.
North Union 60, Triad 38: Drew Campbell tallied 10 points in a losing effort for Triad.
Temple Christian 56, New Knoxville 39: Brody Bowman poured in 31 points to lead Temple Christian. Sam Anspach netted 13 points for New Knoxville.
Tri-County North 76, Carlisle 69: Dylan Stinson totaled 29 points for Tri-County North. Nolan Burney chipped in 18 points for Carlisle.
West Liberty-Salem 71, Fairlawn 63: Nick Burden netted 26 points and Matthew Loffing added 22 to lead WLS.
Winton Woods 52, Alter 30: Brady Uhl tallied 15 points in a losing effort for Alter.
Alter 45, Lakota East 36: MaKayla Blount led Alter with 12 points a Kala Gillis added 11.
Bellbrook 65, Brookville 39: Maren Freudenschuss scored 16 points and Bellbrook built a big lead to pull away in the first half.
Bexley 45, Northwestern 26: Abbie Grieser netted 16 points in a losing effort for Northwestern.
Dixie 42, Dayton Christian 32: McKinlee Ruppert and Sydney Creamer combined for 29 points to lead Dixie. Kayla Ogburn had 13 points for DC.
Fairmont 58, Beavercreek 32: Madeline Westbeld was Fairmont’s leading scorer with 24 points and 10 rebounds and Madison Bartley added 16 points.
Fort Loramie 56, Versailles 33: Marissa Meiring led Fort Loramie with 15 points and Ava Sholtis tacked on 13. Lindsey Winner had 14 points for Versailles.
Franklin 72, Eaton 52: Layne Ferrell poured in 28 points and Jordan Rogers added 11 for Franklin.
Franklin Monroe 53, Houston 40: Corina Conley finished with 14 points, Kennedy Morris 12 and Belle Cable 10 for Franklin Monroe.
Graham 54, Yellow Springs 50: Katelyn Nash recorded 24 points to lead Graham and Lexi King added 15.
Greeneview 59, Triad 33: Sylvie Sonneman scored 20 points to lead the way for Greeneview.
Kenton Ridge 62, Southeastern 34: Mikala Morris recorded 26 points and Mariah Baker added 13 for Kenton Ridge.
Milton-Union 69, Northridge 23: Kristen Dickison poured in 31 points and Rachel Thompson tacked on 12 for Milton-Union.
Monroe 53, Oakwood 52: Sophie Sloneker scored 15 points and Olivia Wells-Daniels chipped in 14 for Monroe. Lauren Hapgood led Oakwood with 23 points, passing the 1,000 career point milestone.
Newton 34, Bethel 31: Brooke Deeter netted 10 points for Newton. Mckenna Gray led Bethel with 15 points.
Springboro 56, Miamisburg 33: Alex Sperry of Miamisburg led all scorers with 16 points.
Tippecanoe 70, Xenia 19: Ashleigh Mader and Rachel Wildermuth turned in 11 points apiece for Tippecanoe.
Tri-Village 52, St. Henry 41: Meghan and Maddie Downing each totaled 14 points and Lissa Siler added 13 to lead Tri-Village.
Urbana 61, Northeastern 41: Samantha Rooney paced Urbana with 19 points, five assists and five steals. Alaina Lyons added 17 points and Marissa Horn 11.
West Liberty-Salem 58, Mechanicsburg 40: Gabby Hollard had 19 points and Selena Weaver 15 for WLS. Grace Forrest paced ‘Burg with 18 points.
