Reds rumblings: Barnhart’s gun keeps smoking as he throws out Gordon twice

Man alive, it’s been tough to be a Reds fan recently as the team has gone 2-11 since the All-Star break and Cincinnati is trailing the miserable Marlins 4-1 in the ninth inning Thursday in Miami.

But at least there is this:

Barnhart’s defense has been pretty much stellar this season.

Offensively? Meh. The Indianapolis native is batting .258 with three home runs and 16 RBI.
