Ohio State receives fifth commitment from member of 2020 class

Offensive lineman from New Jersey picks Buckeyes

The Ohio State Buckeyes received their fifth verbal commitment from a member of the class of 2020 on Saturday.

Luke Wypler, a 6-foot-4, 285-pound offensive guard, announced his college choice on Twitter. He’s a four-star recruit who ranks second among guards and 75th overall in the 2020 class, according to 247Sports.com.

Wypler is from Montvale, N.J., and will be a junior at St. Joseph Regional. He announced Wednesday his final two college choices were Ohio State and Stanford.

Ohio State's other recruits in the 2020 class are: Paris Johnson Jr., an offensive tackle from Cincinnati St. Xavier; Jake Wray, an offensive tackle from Marietta, Ga.; and Lejond Cavazos, a cornerback from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.; and Jack Miller, a quarterback from Scottsdale, Ariz.
