Tom Brady’s mother was honored by Patriots before game against Falcons

The New England Patriots honored quarterback Tom Brady’s mother, Galynn, before their Sunday Night Football matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.

Many people took the field for the Patriots prior to the game for their “Crucial Catch,” night. They brought people out to the field who have, or are still battling cancer. Left tackle Nate Soldier’s son came out to the field, and offensive lineman Marcus Cooper’s wife came onto the field to represent him. Also in that group was Galynn, accompanied by her husband Tom Brady Sr., via the Boston Herald.

During Super Bowl week, Brady got emotional publicly when talking about his family. It was later reported by CSN New England’s Tom E. Curran that Brady’s mother had been fighting cancer for 18 months.

During the summer, she concluded her cancer treatments and is reportedly doing a lot better. She definitely looks in better health from the pictures taken on Sunday night.
