The Kansas City Chiefs are a great opponent for Ben Roethlisberger to get his mojo back — at least that’s what history tells us.
Kansas City is 0-6 in games against Roethlisberger has both started and finished, including last season’s loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in the playoffs, per Adam Teicher of ESPN.
Roethlisberger’s recent success versus the Chiefs is good for his teetering confidence. The quarterback hasn’t played well this season. His subpar start was highlighted by a career-worst 5 interceptions performance in a 30-9 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Steelers and Roethlisberger can gain some confidence from past success but this is not the same old Chiefs team.
Kansas City is the only undefeated team remaining in the NFL, and Andy Reid has his club playing at a high level right now.
