One day before Selection Monday, the Dayton Flyers look to be in good shape to play in the NCAA women’s tournament for the second year in a row and eighth time in nine years.

In ESPN's latest bracket projection, updated Sunday, Dayton is a No. 9 seed playing No. 8 seed California in Starkville, Miss. The winner would play the host team, No. 1 seed Mississippi State, or the No. 16 seed Seattle in the second round in that scenario.

ESPN will reveal the women’s bracket at 7 p.m. Monday. Dayton will hold a invitation-only viewing party for season-ticket holders at UD Arena.
