Bringing out the crystal ball again
On Monday, Land of 10 predicted the Iowa offensive depth chart for spring practice. Now, the defenses
is up. Selecting three new starting linebackers wasn’t easy, but it was arguably harder trying to figure out which
defensive end to leave out of the starting lineup.
Pro Football Focus tweeted a
few stats showing how former Iowa defensive back Desmond King played the run extremely well from the slot last NFL season.
King, a former fifth-round pick, used it as an opportunity to remind teams who passed on him what each one is missing.
Officially a legend
Iowa fans labeled former football coach Hayden Fry a legend years ago. The National Football Foundation is doing so now.
