Ohio State-Penn State is as important as it gets in the Big Ten East race. The winner will remain firmly in the College Football Playoff Race, while the loser will likely be in the outside looking in. Ohio State’s been on fire since losing 31-16 to Oklahoma in Week 2, while Penn State is undefeated, though it just played its first game against a ranked opponent last week in a 42-13 win over Michigan.
