What Mike Hopkins said after Washington’s 70-58 loss to Utah

The Washington Huskies lost their third consecutive game on Thursday night, dropping a home game to Utah by a score of 70-58. Washington blew an eight-point halftime lead and were outscored by 20 in the second half, as Utah outrebounded the Huskies by 10.

The loss drops Washington to 17-9 overall and 7-6 in the Pac-12. There is still a chance the Huskies could earn a trip to the NCAA Tournament, but the road to the dance just got a lot longer.

Here’s what head coach Mike Hopkins had to say after the disappointing loss.
