West Virginia linebacker David Long was named to the Pro Football Focus All-American Team on Saturday for his endeavors in the 2017 regular season.

Long, a sophomore from Cincinnati, Ohio, had three 10-tackle games after missing the first four contests of the season for the Mountaineers. He recorded a season-best 14 solo tackles against Oklahoma State on Oct. 28.
The Mountaineers will take the field one final time in 2017 when they face Utah in the Zaxby’s Heart of Dallas Bowl. The game will be played on Dec. 26 at the Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas, Texas.
