There was something certainly wrong with SEC on CBS analyst Gary Danielson’s voice during the first quarter of the Tennessee-Alabama game as he struggled to get words out, sounded hoarse, and had a bit of a cough.
No worries. Danielson is a pro and will continue to play through the pain, as he opened the start of the 2nd quarter by drinking some tea on air to help cure that baritone voice that SEC fans are used to hearing every Saturday.

Viewers during the first quarter noticed Danielson’s voice being off, and jokes were being thrown around on Twitter.
The current state of Gary Danielson's voice is the perfect soundtrack for Tennessee's season.

Gary Danielson is always talking about how Aaron Murray is up there in the booth with them. I think it's time to go to the backup analyst

Gary Danielson with laryngitis. Which one of you has been working the voodoo doll?
