The opening lines are out for Week 9 of the college football season, and after a brutal loss to Notre Dame in Week 8, USC is still favored despite being on the road at Arizona State, who is coming off of two huge upset wins.
Oddsshark.com set the Trojans as 4-point favorites over the home Sun Devils. USC is 1-7 on the year against the spread, while Arizona State has covered in four of its last five while pushing the other. Seven of Arizona State’s last eight games have gone under the predicted total, although seven of the last 10 occasions USC has visited it has gone over.
