3-star defensive tackle Dominic Livingston had potentially bad news for Texas A&M fans on Tuesday.

Livingston announced on Twitter that he is reopening his recruitment after being committed to the Aggies since last December. He was the A&M’s first defensive line commit in the Class of 2018.

Although Livingston is potentially exploring other options, he stated that the Aggies are still his top choice.

“I owe it to myself and to my family to find out if A&M is the best choice for me,” Livingston wrote in his message on Twitter.

Livingston, who is listed at 6-foot-3, 340 pounds, plays for Davis High School in Houston. He is the No. 36 defensive tackle in the 2018 class, according to the 247sports composite rankings.

This news comes nearly three weeks after Livingston received an offer from LSU. He also had an offer from Missouri, among other schools.
