Bert Biffani is the latest add to Jeremy Pruitt’s coaching staff at Tennessee.

The former Florida State staffer announced that he is making the move from Tallahassee to Knoxville via Twitter on Tuesday morning.

“Thank you to all the Florida State coaches, players and fans for all the lifelong memories we will always share,” Biffani wrote on a Tweet that was topped by an image of the Power T. “With that said, I’m excited to be heading to Knoxville and joining the staff at the University of Tennessee. #GBO”

Biffani’s updated Twitter profile indicates that his role will be defensive quality control coach, which is what he did for the Seminoles under former coach Jimbo Fisher.

This is a breaking news story that will be updated.
