Terrace Marshall Jr.’s official visit schedule is set.
Marshall, the nation’s top-ranked wide receiver in the Class of 2018, is scheduled to take his first official visit to Florida State on Oct. 21 for the Louisville game. He heads to Texas A&M on Oct. 28 for the Mississippi State game. Marshall will officially visit Alabama on Nov. 4 for the annual tilt against LSU and Texas on Nov. 11 when the Longhorns host Kansas.
Last but not least, the 5-star wide receiver will return to Baton Rouge for his LSU official visit on Nov. 25 for the regular-season finale. The Tigers host SEC West rival Texas A&M in that game. The Aggies have never beaten the Tigers since joining the conference.
It’s certainly important to note that Marshall has saved LSU for his final official visit. That will be his final visit before announcing his college decision on Dec. 22. Marshall is scheduled to participate in the Under Armour All-America Game — and may be healthy enough to do so — before enrolling on campus early in January.
The 6-foot-3, 195-pounder fractured his fibula and dislocated his ankle last month at the Battle on the Border showcase in Shreveport, La. The injury is expected to keep him about another month. He has already resumed lifting weights.
In an interview earlier this fall, Marshall’s mother and father broke down LSU’s chances of keeping the elite wide receiver in-state and why his final decision will come to a family legacy.
LSU is currently considered the lofty favorite to land Marshall on Dec. 22 ahead of his official visit schedule.
