Marquan McCall was Kentucky’s top-ranked commit in the 2018 class, and the Wildcats secured his signature Wednesday.
The Michigan native brings versatility at his position.
Here’s all you need to know about one of the top offensive guard prospects in the 2018 class:
4-star offensive guard Marquan McCall
247Sports composite ranking: McCall is the fourth-ranked offensive guard in the 2018 class. He’s the 156th-ranked prospect in the nation.
Hometown: Oak Park, Mich.
School: Oak Park High School

Where he fits at Kentucky: That’s the big question. McCall is a premier offensive line prospect, but he could find himself on the opposite side of the line of scrimmage when he gets to Kentucky. Oak Park coach Greg Carter told CatsPause.com that McCall is willing to play on the offensive or defensive line.
Kentucky offensive line coach John Schlarman and defensive line coach Derrick LeBlanc might be lobbying Mark Stoops to play McCall on their respective sides of the ball.
There could be far worse problems for Kentucky to work through.
