Ronnie Bell commits to Michigan: 3-star WR picks Wolverines

Michigan has a new commitment for the 2018 class: Ronnie Bell.

The 3-star receiver quietly announced his commitment by updating his Twitter bio, as he calls himself a “University of Michigan Commit.”

Bell is from Kansas City, Mo., where he plays for Park Hill. According to Park Hill’s statistics on MaxPreps, Bell had 89 receptions for 1,605 yards and 21 touchdowns this season. Park Hill finished 10-3.

A 3-star 2018 recruit, Bell is ranked No. 13 by 247 Sports out of Missouri. Nationally, he’s the No. 153 receiver.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound Bell received an offer from Michigan on Saturday.

“I am Beyond Blessed and just Thankful to have received an offer from The University of Michigan,” Bell tweeted Friday afternoon.

Two days later, Bell is a Michigan commit.

Bell is the Wolverines’ 18th commitment for 2018. Before Bell’s pledge, the Wolverines were ranked No. 13 nationally and No. 3 in the Big Ten for 2018.
