According to a report from Jarret Johnson of InsideTheRedRaiders.com, Justin Gray did not travel with Texas Tech to Morgantown and is unavailable for the Red Raiders against the Mountaineers.

Gray was diagnosed with a concussion after suffering a fall in the opening minute of Texas Tech’s de facto Big 12 Championship game against the Kansas Jayhawks.
Gray has scored 811 points over his career at Texas Tech, and has scored 149 during the 2017-2018 season. He’s been one of the emotional leaders and best defenders on a Texas Tech team that is currently ranked No. 12 in the nation.
Texas Tech can secure second place in the Big 12 with a win over the West Virginia Mountaineers. Both teams are 10-6 in conference play, and a win for either school would secure a share of the No. 2 slot heading into the Big 12 Tournament.
