Penn State drew an estimated 68,000 fans at the 2017 version of the Blue-White Game. The Nittany Lions have had attendance numbers hit at least 50,000 in seven of the last nine years, according to a release. Penn State also said that it would be revealing additional details for the 2018 Blue-White Game in the coming weeks.

The 2018 campaign will be James Franklin’s fifth in Happy Valley. Champions of the 2017 Fiesta Bowl, Penn State brings back eight starters on offense, including quarterback Trace McSorley. He’ll have a new backfield partner, however, as Saquon Barkley left Penn State for the NFL Draft. The Nittany Lions return only three starters on the other side of the ball.
