Oregon State junior Seth Collins has been granted his release in order to transfer to another school, the second time he has left the program.

Collins appeared in just 3 games during the 2017 season because of medical issues, recording 12 catches for 130 yards with a touchdown against Washington State on Sept. 16. He caught 36 passes for 418 yards and a TD in 2016 after converting from quarterback, where as a true freshman in 2015 he threw for 935 yards and 6 TDs while rushing for 575 yards and 8 scores.

In February 2016 Collins announced he was transferring to Northern Illinois but 2 months later returned to the Beavers.
