Oklahoma State to host Stillwater Strong Memorial fundraiser for homecoming game

As the two-year anniversary of the Oklahoma State homecoming parade tragedy approaches, the Cowboy football team will use this year’s homecoming game to honor the victims.

The Oklahoman’s Scott Wright reported “Stillwater Strong” buckets will be passed throughout Boone Pickens Stadium during Saturday’s game against Baylor. Fans will have the opportunity to donate to a fund for the Stillwater Strong Memorial, which will honor the four killed and all those affected after a woman drove a car into Oklahoma State’s homecoming parade in 2015.

The memorial will be at Hall of Fame Avenue and Main Street in Stillwater, the intersection where the tragedy occurred.
