Welcome to the Thursday edition of our Oklahoma DieHards morning roundup, where we take you through all the biggest headlines around Oklahoma athletics.

Orlando Brown improves scores

The story of the 2018 NFL Combine was former Oklahoma tackle Orlando Brown’s failures. He didn’t perform well at all, running an abysmally slow 40-yard dash and only bench pressing 14 reps.

Brown hopes that Oklahoma’s Wednesday pro day changed some scouts’ minds. He ended up bench pressing 18 reps and had his jump numbers and 40 time improve drastically. With Brown’s frame, he isn’t going to test well, but he needed better numbers. Will it be enough to change the minds of NFL scouts? We’ll have to see when the 2018 NFL Draft rolls around in April.
