Oklahoma drops to No. 10 in AP poll in Week 9

Oklahoma dropped slightly in the top 10 of the Associated Press Top 25 after a comeback win against Kansas State.

The Sooners fell to No. 10 in the AP poll heading into Week 9 after being ranked ninth last week. They were ranked No. 9 in the Amway Coaches Poll.

After a lightning delay pushed back the kickoff, Oklahoma overcame an early 21-7 deficit to beat the Wildcats 42-35. The Sooners missed some opportunities thanks to some questionable play-calling by Lincoln Riley. But Baker Mayfield and running back Rodney Anderson made huge plays to get Oklahoma the victory.

Oklahoma now heads home for a matchup with Texas Tech before Bedlam on Nov. 4.
