Penn State RB Saquon Barkley continues to make highlight plays and earn accolades and praise from opponents.
This week, it’s Ohio State coach Urban Meyer.
Ohio State and Penn State play in what’s the week’s biggest game — ESPN’s College GameDay will be there.
While speaking at his Monday press conference, Meyer had huge praise for Barkley.
“He’s the best all-purpose guy we’ve faced in maybe my career,” Meyer said. “He’s as good of an all-purpose running back as we’ve seen, and that’s 30 years”
Meyer has coached against plenty of talented players during his career, including head coaching stops at Bowling Green, Utah, Florida and Ohio State. So Meyer has seen enough to know how special Barkley has been.
