Notre Dame landed the 5-foot-11, 170-pound Bracy despite only having him on campus for the USC game in October according to ND Insider reporter Tyler James.
Bracy also has the versatility to play on offense as well. 247Sports ranks Bracy as the No. 20 ATH in the nation for the Class of 2018.
This past season, Bracy amassed 1,280 yards and 17 touchdowns on the ground and totaled 12 receptions for 251 yards and two touchdowns as a receiver.
Defensively, Bracy finished with 21 tackles and three interceptions for his senior campaign.
Bracy is the No. 18 commitment in Notre Dame’s 2018 class and the second at the cornerback position, with 3-star Joe Wilkins Jr. being the other.
