LINCOLN, Neb. — Nebraska released its latest depth chart ahead of its matchup with Purdue. The Huskers face the Boilermakers on Saturday (7:30 p.m. ET, Big Ten Network).
Some notes from the depth chart:
- Sophomore running back Tre Bryant remains on Nebraska’s injured list. He was moved to that list ahead of the Oct. 7 matchup with Wisconsin and hasn’t been moved back since. Coach Mike Riley said during the bye week that he is discussing the possibility of a medical redshirt with Bryant, which is seeming more and more like it could happen as each week passes.
- Mikale Wilbon and Devine Ozigbo are still listed as the No. 1 running backs in Bryant’s absence, separated only by an “or.”
- Chris Jones has taken back his starting spot at cornerback after battling back from an injury earlier in the season. He was still listed behind Eric Lee Jr. ahead of Ohio State, but the senior has made his way back to the top.
