Nebraska athletics appear to be performing better since the arrival of athletic director Bill Moos and coach Scott Frost. Could there be a correlation? Land of 10’s Sean Keeler looked into the possibility.

Marching on

Nebraska basketball is doing its best to make a case for itself ahead of the NCAA Tournament, and they took another step with a win over Rutgers. During that Saturday victory, Isaiah Roby dunked so hard that the Big Ten Network went out of focus and the Nebraska bench rowed in his honor. The Huskers (19-8, 10-4 in the Big Ten) host Maryland on Tuesday.

A little kindness

Nebraska running backs coach Ryan Held was very successful on the recruiting trail the last couple of months. What made him so successful? Most can be credited to his kindness and relationships.

Future awards

Now that the 2018 recruiting class is settled, who could contend for awards during their Huskers careers? Land of 10’s Chris Bumbaca looked at the list and made his predictions.

Helping out

When Frost went to see 4-star defensive end Caleb Tannor, a small gesture ended up going a long way. Frost helped Tannor’s mom clean up at the school she works at.

Giving back

It’s been 34 years since former Huskers star Mike Rozier won the Heisman Trophy. Since then, he’s been focused on charitable causes and giving back.
