Nebraska recruiting: Recruits react to Adrian Martinez commitment

nebraska football-Adrian Martinez-Nebraska recruiting

It would be an understatement to say that quarterback Adrian Martinez‘s commitment to Nebraska on Wednesday was a big deal. Fans responded with enthusiasm and delight, and the reaction from Huskers commits and targets alike were rather similar. Targets Cam’Ron Jones and Jeshaun Jones reached out to Martinez to congratulate him, the 4-star prospect from Fresno, Calif., told Land of 10.

Let’s take a look at what everyone else is saying.

3-star offensive lineman Will Farniok (2018 commit)

“I think it is awsome and I am very excited to have him on board!”

3-star wide receiver Justin McGriff (2018 commit)

“I think that he is going to be a great asset to the offense Coach [Scott] Frost is trying to run.”

3-star defensive end/outside linebacker Tate Wildeman (2018 commit)

4-star safety C.J. Smith (2018 commit)

Even though he’s not a recruit, we’ll include this one for good measure …

Quarterbacks coach Mario Verduzco
