Houston Nutt is at it again. The former Ole Miss coach refiled his lawsuit against Ole Miss in state court on Wednesday, and
the fallout continues. On this edition of More Cowbell, we talked with Steve Robertson, author of the book on the Ole Miss
investigation, to get his thoughts on this development. From the moment Nutt filed his lawsuit the first time around on July
9, the case has been explosive, ultimately leading to the resignation of Hugh Freeze from Ole Miss.
Will the refiling have the same implications? Nutt and his attorney have carefully crafted a suit that alleges Ole Miss and
its administration put forth a concerted effort to blame Nutt for Ole Miss’s NCAA troubles, and that has led us to this moment.
Where does it go from here? Robertson fills us in.
