Michigan football players break out in dance party during winter workouts

The Michigan football team loves Mondays.

At least that’s what it feels like after watching a video the program posted on Twitter on Monday morning. The Wolverines players seem ecstatic about their winter workouts.

The video focuses in on sophomore offensive lineman Cesar Ruiz, who makes squatting more than 400 pounds look like a leisure activity. It also must help to have what looks about 50 teammates cheering him on.

And the party doesn’t stop after Ruiz finishes his set after 5 repetitions. He’s back to dancing with his teammates, who look to be making the most of the first full month of college football’s offseason.
