Michigan’s Drake Harris has moved back to WR, Jim Harbaugh says

Drake Harris was switched to the defensive side of the ball over the summer. After five games and a few appearances as a cornerback, Harris is shifting back to wide receiver.

Harris has rejoined the Wolverines’ wide receiver group, Jim Harbaugh told reporters Tuesday during the Big Ten teleconference.

A redshirt junior, Harris saw limited action as a defensive back in the 2017 season. He’ll move back to the offensive side of the ball and give the team some more depth at receiver.

Harris (6-foot-4, 188 pounds) has eight career receptions at Michigan for 50 yards.
