Loyola Chicago pulled off the 2018 NCAA Tournament’s first big upset on a last-second 3-pointer by Donte Ingram to lift the Ramblers over the Miami Hurricanes.

Gonzaga avoided a valiant surge from UNC-Greensboro to keep from becoming March’s first upset, but Miami wasn’t so lucky. Miami got one final chance at a full-court tip, but wasn’t able to convert a miracle and the Ramblers got to celebrate their first March Madness win since 1963. The final score was 64-62.

This upset didn’t come totally out of nowhere, as fans on ESPN’s bracket game had the least confidence in Miami out of the four No. 6 seeds. 64.4 percent of participants picked the Canes to move on, compared to 66.4 for Houston, 70.8 for TCU and 77.5 for Florida.
