Louisville’s loss to Boston College has Twitterverse calling for the firing of Bobby Petrino

Louisville lost its second straight game in a heartbreaking 45-42 loss vs. Boston College.

The Cardinals couldn’t earn the victory despite Lamar Jackson amassing 512 total yards (332 passing, 180 rushing) and five touchdowns (three rushing, two passing).

A pair of touchdown runs in the fourth quarter by Jackson evened the score at 42, however Colton Lichtenberg’s 27-yard field goal as time expired lifted Boston College to the victory.

Now sitting at 4-3 overall and 1-3 in conference play, Louisville coach Bobby Petrino is coming under fire.
