LOOK: Pro Football Hall of Fame honors former Louisville star Elvis Dumervil

Despite not having the prototypical height for a defensive end, Elvis Dumervil has willed his way into an impressive career.

Now the 5-foot-11, former Louisville standout will have his legacy recognized at the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The five-time Pro Bowl selection, now a member of the San Francisco 49ers, has his jersey and gloves  now on display in Canton, Ohio after he picked up the 100th sack of his illustrious professional career on Oct. 1.

Dumervil led the NFL in sacks (17) in 2009 with the Denver Broncos and had another 17-sack season in 2014 with the Baltimore Ravens.

Dumervil had an illustrious collegiate career at Louisville. In his 2005 season at Louisville, Dumervil amassed a school record 20.5 sacks while also tallying 10 forced fumbles.
